RETURN POLICY – ITALY

Returns and exchanges are valid only for orders placed and delivered in Italy .

You can request an exchange of an item within 10 days of the delivery date .

Items must be returned:

  • not worn

  • unwashed

  • in perfect condition

  • with original labels intact


REFUNDS

There are no cash refunds.


EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

The customer can choose between:

  • exchange for another item available in our store

  • store credit usable on our site, associated with your account

Store credit:

  • it has no expiration date

  • it is not convertible into cash


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer , except in cases of defective items or errors attributable to us.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate an exchange or credit request, you must contact us via email indicating:

  • order number

  • reason for the request

  • item for which you are requesting an exchange or credit

Requests sent more than 10 days after the delivery date will not be accepted .
